Consulting firms do dominate the list, along with some technology and venture firms. The key reason is that firms have substantial requirements for both the analytical skills, communication skills and leadership skills. This mix makes it necessary to perform very detailed interviews where consulting firm interview questions require a lot of “thinking on the spot”.
